Return Policy

Before submitting your order verify that your shipping address is correct. Items sent to an incorrect address are not our responsibility & we will not attempt retrieve it from the shipping provider.

Return items must be received back to us no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for shipping back to us on an exchange item.

Store credit will be issued to the customer, No exchanges & NO refund

Returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee OR subject to invoicing you to be shipped back to you.

Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, rips, tears, etc.

All sales are final. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items in the "Clearance" section, anything discounted or scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, earrings and swimwear are final and cannot be returned. or exchanged. Store credit will NOT be given for sale or clearance items.

Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us  within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear & no action will be taken on our part. No exceptions.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days we are not responsible & no action will be taken.
